Strathmore Square 3A/3B

Strathmore Square is a multi phased development being built in partnership with WMATA. The 3A/3B buildings are design by Deborah Berke Partners, with Torti Gallas as the Executive Architect. The developers are Five Squares Development and Aimco.
3A/3B is a post tensioned concrete structure, featuring two towers on a shared garage podium. Retail will occupy the first floor, along with cutting edge amenities, including a wine bar, spa and pool courtyard.
The buildings will offer a combination of very high end units and MPDUs. It is anticipated to deliver in 2024
Boru Drive

Boru Drive is a multi-phased development being built by Tritec and designed by Davis Carter Scott. The buildings will deliver 398 units, a parking garage and a combination of two over two rental apartments.
Along with the apartment buildings, the site will deliver a precast parking garage, retail establishments and ground floor amenities.
Currently, Boru Drive is anticipated to deliver in 2025.
