700 Penn is a Class A office building completed with EastBanc Development. Its unique and beautiful exterior treatment is precast and curtainwall, integrated together. the base of the office building is retail and the building shares back of house space with the adjacent Eastern Market Residential buildings. The roof of the building features a conference center and rooftop patios.
Constitution Center

Constitution Center is a 2.1M SF, Class-A Office building located in Southeast DC, completed under Kramer Consulting. The building was repositioned in 2005 to attract high security government tenants. In order to be competitive in that market, the structure was gutted and reinforced to withstand K 12 blast requirements. The façade was replaced in its entirety, along with the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The façade is a curtain wall system, also capable of withstanding blast forces. The building required the renovation and replacement of 31 elevators, the renovation of a WMATA metro stop and a full city block of landscaping and pedestrian enhancements. In addition, the renovation project featured an activated private courtyard, complete with a sculpture, fountain and amphitheater.
